And We're Just Gonna Ignore August

Hooo boy, I survived.

Barely.

Things have been poppin’, just absolutely lively. New Deadlands campaign, still writing (though I SHOULD be writing more), some more failures in the realm of supposedly successful marketing, and…well, I’m still here.

Except now I’m putzing around with AI art.

Sure this puts me head-first, just smack-dab, into the middle of the argument, discourse, and general conversation regarding AI art but y’know what?

Fuck it, I wanna make a graphic novel with my upcoming two month break on the horizon.

Sure I don’t wanna talk too much ‘bout my day job (IF ONLY SOME PEOPLE WOULD BUY MY BOOKS AND LEAVE SOME FUCKING REVIIIIIEWS PLEAAAASE), it’s contract based and revolves around a 11 month on, 2 month off schedule.

It’s, in the very least, interesting to me. It’s a first for me to have such a work schedule, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. Hell, my four year anniversary is in October, and while things are still rough for my band (WE STILL NEED A GODDAMN DRUMMER SO WE CAN GO LIVE AGAIN GAH AGH FUCK), we’re still making new music and still moving forward.

And that, my friends, is the most important thing. Progress, y’know?

Ultimately, while we’re not rich, we’re getting by and that’s…pretty good, all things considered. Of course any funds that comes my way will still be funneled towards marketing and more art, books, and other nonsuch but what’s even more important than that?

If you like The Work even a little, leave a review and bring me your party-assed friends!

Networking and contacts in good places are far more important than a few bucks at this point in time, and so long as it gets The Work before more eyeballs and in more ears, that’s the most important part.

GET ME IN SOME HEADS, FRIENDS!

In the meantime, I’ve got more putzing around with these programs to do. I’m starting to think I might be able to FINALLY release the Children’s Books (Not For Children) series I’ve got on the side…

The Work awaits, my friends.

And I forgot how I close these out….fuck, whatever.

G’night, gang!
